Cute sandwiches for a playdate or lunchbox

My kids love peanut butter and jelly and I like to sometimes surprise them with cute sandwich shapes to make eating them more fun.

Make your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as normal, but don’t use an enormous amount of peanut butter and jelly.  Next, use cookie cutters to make shapes of your sandwiches.    These small sandwich bites are perfect for toddlers and the little ones.  Put them on a cute platter and serve at your next playdate, party, in your child’s lunch box, or just for fun!

If you have really strong cookie cutters, like the metal tin ones, you could probably do a turkey sandwich if you want variety.  Cute pancake shapes would be fun for a sleepover party too!
