Harry Potter Attraction is Coming to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida

Universal Studios in Orlando, FL  has announced that they will be opening the Wizarding World of Harry Potter w in Spring of 2010.  The Harry Potter area will be in the Islands of Adventure theme park where they have numerous roller coasters and attractions like Dueling Dragons, the Incredible Hulk, and the Adventures of Spiderman.

I am too scared to go on the Incredible Hulk, but other than that, I have enjoyed all of their other rides and attractions. I am also excited to go through this journey of the Wizarding World that will be created.

They plan to bring alive many of the foods, gadgets and candy from the books and movies to give you a real wizarding experience.  Butterbeer  (a non-alcoholic beverage) will be available as well as other common food items.  Guests will be able to purchase wands and they have even developed a way for the wands to choose the owner.

This 20-acre area devoted to the Wizarding World will include stores from the Potter stories, a Forbidden City, and a new ride called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey that will be inside Hogwarts Castle.

So, all of you Potter fans hold on just a little longer for the true experience of Harry Potter.
