How to Get Your Toddler to eat Fruits and Vegetables

If you are struggling to get your toddler to eat her fruits and veggies and you have tried everything else, try a little deception.  Buy stickers of characters that your child likes and put the stickers on the fruits, veggies, and even canned vegetables.  Hopefully this marketing campaign that works for everything else will work for our child’s health too.

So, maybe your child will now enjoy Dora Apples, Mickey Bananas, Princess Beans and Lightening McQueen Broccoli.

This is a really good idea, I am definitely going to try it. My little guy is obsessed with peeling the stickers off the fruit, he would think it was too cool if he found Diego on a banana!
