Valentine Activities for Kids
Valentine’s Day can be such a fun holiday with love-filled activities. Below are some fun and easy activities to do with your children to enjoy this holiday even more.
- Valentine Mail – Mail a Valentine to each of your children from Mommy and Daddy. Children love getting mail and they will especially love getting mail from you.
- Valentine’s Brunch - Have the Grandparents over for a special Valentine’s Brunch and have the children help make the food. Children can decorate placemats and can give them Valentine cards, a picture, or a gift that they make.
- Hearts All Around-You can use heart-shaped cookie cutters for more than cookies. You can cut out cheeses, sandwich meats, bread, and sandwiches in heart shapes. Cookies cutters can also be used to make shape pancakes or Jell-o molds.
- Heart Scavenger Hunt- Create a fun heart-hunt for your kids by hiding clues in Valentine envelopes. At the end of the hunt you could have some sort of Valentine treat for the kids. Instead of using envelopes, you could also use plastic hearts found in many stores that are similar to the plastic Easter eggs.

These are great ideas of things to do with the kids. Another way to get them away from the tv.
