Going on Vacation? Easily Put Your Mail On Hold Online
Image via Wikipedia
During those long summer trips it is useful to put your mail delivery on hold if you don’t have a neighbor to pick it up for you. Having your mail pileup lets strangers know that your house is unoccupied.
The U.S. Postal Service makes it easy to put your mail on hold from their online site. You can have your mail held anywhere from 3-30 days. Just provide your name, address, and the dates that you want your mail held. That’s all!
By the way, be sure to have your newspaper deliveries put on hold as well.
