Need Something Done? Ask in the Right Ear
I recently read the January 2010 issue of All You magazine and they had a column about a study from Gabriele d’Annunzio University in Italy which showed that people were more likely to complete a task when they received a request in the right ear verses the left.
Researchers believe that the sounds in the right ear are processed more on the left side of the brain which is superior for processing verbal communication.
Therefore, the next time you need a favor or need to ask someone for help, try asking in their right ear so you are more likely to get an agreeing response.
