i easily Lose Weight by just avoiding a high carb and foods high in saturated fats. exercise is also very important in losing weight that is why i did cardio

Thanks for commenting! I agree with the low carb diet/low fat diet. I still have to keep it low calorie though. It’s sad that it took me this long to find a diet, or “eating lifestyle,” that really works for me. I also have to do the exercise or my weight loss will stall.
I do know that some people find some of the diet pills useful for giving them energy for a great workout and they don’t have that sluggish feeling that some get when going on a lower calorie plan. Also, some have had great success staying on their diet plans by taking the appetite suppressants to keep them from tempting foods.
Some of my friends have done the medical weight loss clinics and were given prescribed appetite suppressants and B12 shots for the energy. The diets worked great for them, but they were on a strict lower calorie, low carb diet. They said that having the appetite suppressants helped them stay on the diet.
I believe that in order for all diet plans to work, the person has to stay motivated, focused, and strong. Good self-control can go a long way.

Weight Loss can be achieved easily through exercise. You should also consider a healthy and balance diet that is free from saturated fat. Avoid sugary foods too.

The most effective way for Losing Weight is exercise. You just do some cardio workout everyday like jogging and running for miles. That would effectively burn the fats in your body.

Jillian Michaels is definitely the biggest winner in having a business at the moment. She must take care to not promote garbage goods though as she says that the real way to fitness is good food and exercising.
