The Master Cleanse – Breaking the fast
This morning I enjoyed having different flavors in my mouth from my freshly squeezed orange juice. My stomach didn’t have any unusual reactions to it at all.
After having the orange juice, I ended up going to the gym for a quick workout. I didn’t feel nauseous at all, so that was a good sign.
I usually don’t follow the exact directions in the Master Cleanse book for breaking the fast because I tend to get hungry once I take the orange juice. I haven’t had any issues with the way that I break my fast, but you should do what feels right for yourself.
I made my favorite vegetable soup and drank some of the broth for lunch. I actually cheated and ate some of the veggies to, because once I had some of the food, I wanted more. I enjoyed soup for my dinner and plan on eating it again for most of my meals tomorrow. I might introduce a little more food tomorrow night, but nothing heavy.
So far, my system as adjusted well to breaking the fast and my stomach hasn’t had any troubles.

the Master Cleanse or lemonade diet is a very good way to detoxify you body. i always use it once on a while to get rid of toxins.

You didn’t mention the cayenne pepper, but you used that element too, right? I am glad it worked well for you. I had a hard time with the SWF. One day it didn’t work at all (maybe because I didn’t quite the right amount of salt), and that’s a WHOLE LOT of salt water to consume without the results. It’s a really hard diet to keep going, and I know some people go way beyond even 15 days.

I a sorry I didn’t mention the cayenne pepper. I did use that too! I do think it is a hard diet (cleanse) and I can understand why some people can’t complete it. I had a hard time with the SWF the last time I did the cleanse, but this time I didn’t find it too bad. The tea gave me cramps this time.
