No Time to Exercise? Try Squeezing In Small Amounts Throughout the Day

SqueezeItIn.com provides exercise workouts that you can do while performing regular household chores and daily tasks.  For example, you could perform counter-top push ups while you wait for your food to cook, lunges while you vacuum, and even exercises to do while you are cleaning the potty!
