Talk about Multitasking! Working on Computer while on Treadmill
Are you a multitasker? Well I thought I was until I read an article about a girl (woman) who walks on a treadmill while working at the computer.
Lauren is an affiliate marketer and spends her days walking on the treadmill while working on the computer from home. She doesn’t necessarily go a fast speed, maybe just 1-2.5 mph, but sometimes uses an incline. While she is working and walking, she posts her stats on twitter so you can see how many calories she has burned.
I usually watch tv on the treadmill at the gym, or maybe browse a magazine at a slow pace, but I am not sure about the whole typing and clicking thing.
Her goal was to get fit, stay healthy, and to help her back pain. She didn’t want sitting behind a computer all day to get in her way.

the best exercise are full body exercises like military press and also swimming.;*,
