Del Monte’s Fruit and Vegetable Vending Machines are a Much Healthier Alternative
Del Monte has created fruit and vegetable vending machines to offer healthier options with 120 calories or less. The products include a varied mix of pineapple chunks, grapes, apple slices, baby carrots, celery, and tomatoes. Some of the fruits and veggies are served with light dips.
There seems to always be a huge push to eating healthier and having healthier alternatives. Del Monte is trying to fit that need. The Del Monte vending machines are currently being tested in various schools, health clubs, parks, institutions and office facilities. The prices range from $1.00 – $2.25.

I personally would select apples over chips at a vending machine and would love to have those options for my children. Would you purchase the healthier option over standard vending machine snacks?
