Help Fight Hunger on National Sandwich Day with Sara Lee

Sara Lee Deli is celebrating National Sandwich Day on Twitter with an awareness campaign to help fight childhood hunger.

The “Deli Difference” campaign will run for 24 hours and will kick-off at midnight Pacific Time on Nov. 3.  Sara Lee Deli will contribute $1 for each follower of @SaraLeeDeli on Twitter, up to $25,000 (which is about 16,500 sandwiches).

Sara Lee Deli will be using #sldeli and #delidifference hash tags to spread the word among the Twitter community to help raise awareness about Sara Lee’s initiative to help fight childhood hunger.  The campaign will encourage followers to “re-tweet” (or re-post) campaign messages to help raise awareness.

So, start tweeting!
