Share the Love with Free Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Krispy Kreme is doing a “Share the Love” promotion from now until February 14th. If you buy a dozen doughnuts then you will receive 12 Free Valentine Cards that each have a coupon for a Free Doughnut.

Basically you buy 12 doughnuts and you receive 12 coupons for a free doughnut.  These “free doughnut” coupons are perfect for giving away to friends, family, classmates and teachers.  The coupon for a free doughnut expires on March 15, 2010, so the receiver of your Valentine coupon card has a month to redeem it.

Krispy Kreme will also be making Heart-shaped donuts on Valentine’s Day that are perfect for taking to the office or for friends.

Find out if the Krispy Kreme near you is a participating store in the Share the Love campaign.  Unfortunately Orlando stores are not listed as a particiapating stores, but I will take part in this deal when I go to Savannah in a few weeks.

By the way, did you know that according to Krispy Kreme’s nutritional information, there is only 200 calories and a total of 12g fat in the original glazed doughnut?  Of course there isn’t any nutritional value in a doughnut but if you can eat just one, then 200 calories isn’t bad for a breakfast treat every once in a while.  The hardest part is eating only one.
