Change Fonts to Save Ink

According to Printer.com, Century Gothic font uses 30% less ink than Arial and thus you would save money in the long run by switching fonts. For the average private user, you would be looking at a savings of about $20 a year.
Other cheap fonts listed were Ecofont, Times New Roman, Calibri, and Verndana. Franklin Gothic Medium was the most costly font tested with Tahoma, Trebuchet, and Sans Serif following behind it.
Another way to save ink is to print in “draft mode” which is a lighter version and is satisfactory in quality with most printers.
