Does Might Putty Really Work?

No.

My husband and I have tried this product on countless jobs, and it always seems to fail and disappoint.  The projects we use it for are mainly to stick things together, similar to gluing.  It seems to harden to one object, but not the other. It honestly didn’t do anything it was supposed to do from our trials.

We never tried using it to stop leaks or any big project since it couldn’t handle the small jobs.  Usually I ended up having to scrap off the Mighty Putty and use Gorilla Glue instead.

Someone did report online that it worked for filling in a cement crack, but I haven’t tried that.

Gorilla Glue works great, but it expands as it dries and you might be left with the residue.  I use it if it is a project that doesn’t require a clea look.

So, don’t frustrate yourself with Might Putty Smutty and save your money.
